  • Just completed a breast surgery a few weeks ago for a complex problem due to my breast receiving radiation treatments twice several years ago. My breast dr. referred me to him due to his experience and skill in handling difficult problems. I was not disappointed! I truly appreciated his confidence , compassion, patience and willingness to explain and make sure I understood everything involved in my surgery etc.Dr. Deutsch’s office staff and nurse are also amazing! It was so refreshing to see such an warm, efficient and professional office staff. I noticed the difference as soon as I walked in the door. What a rarity these days.

  • Dr. Deutsch is an exemplary representation of what a doctor should be. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer, leading to a double mastectomy. He was the surgeon that handled my reconstruction. From day one I walked away from my interactions with he and his staff feeling as though I was his only patient. The care, concern and time they spent with me pre- and post-surgery was phenomenal. After undergoing chemotherapy, I was hospitalized because of an infection unrelated to my surgery, and Dr. Deutsch personally called to see how I was doing. He and his nurse Katherine, are the personification of professionalism blended with an outstanding “bed-side manner.” Additionally, his staff that deals with insurance is amazing and extremely effective. As a retired veteran that uses the VA, I have faced numerous problems getting timely authorizations for my procedures, beginning with the first surgery. Dr. Deutsch and his team not only eased my fears, they negotiated the bureaucratic maze the VA put me through. If it sounds like I AM his biggest fan it is probably because I AM.

  • I had such a positive experience with Dr. Deutsch and his entire office staff! He is a perfectionist, and an artist at his craft. Tiffany and the entire office staff made my husband and I feel extremely comfortable from the very beginning, were very knowledgeable, and answered 100s of questions. During the consultation with Dr. Deutsch, he was very honest, compassionate, and extremely thorough. The fact that he performs his surgeries at Northside Hospital put my mind at ease, just in the rare event that something might go wrong. He and his practice came very highly recommended to me through a personal friend affiliated with Northdside Hospital, so I know I was making the right choice. Dr. Deutsch also called me himself a few days after our consultation to see if he could answer any other questions, and then again the day after surgery to see how I was doing. That kind of personal attention is hard to find! The surgery went seamlessly, I am SO SO happy with my results already, and I would recommend anyone and everyone to contact Perimeter Plastic Surgery for all your cosmetic needs!

  • Dr. Deutsch is not only an award winner Plastic Surgeon but an artist who listens to his patients and delivers more than what is promised and asked for. His workmanship is exemplary and the results truly natural and beautiful. His kindness and genuine care for his patients, in my case, ‘Me’ made me feel comfortable and safe.   • Dear Reader (and the team of Dr. Deutsch), Mere words in a review cannot begin to describe my experience and how grateful I am to have found you — Tiffany, Debbie, Sam, Katherine and above all Dr. Deutsch, THANK YOU for all of your help and your commitment to excellent service! After several unfortunate cosmetic procedures with another office, I reached out to the office of Dr. Deutsch via email to ask a general question. Tiffany called me back in less than 15 minutes. I was afraid to disclose my issues; however, after she and I talked in minor detail about the various procedures offered by the office, I let my guard down “slightly”. I scheduled an appointment and met with Dr. Deutsch and Katherine the following week where I was able to show my problem areas that were made worse by prior procedures; not only did they “LISTEN” and offer suggestions but they also advised against a procedure that was suggested by the office where I had a horrible experience and multiple corrective procedures. It was at that moment that Dr. Deutsch won me over. Every review that I read was consistent with my experience in the office… Although I was afraid to undergo another procedure, I schedule a full tummy tuck two-weeks out from my initial visit. The process was smooth, organized, and better than I anticipated! I was walked through what to expect from start to finish, and when I had a question – the staff was only a phone call, text or email away. Their response time is by far impeccable! I am now 4- weeks removed from the date of my procedure and I couldn’t be any happier with the results – even the way my scar is healing! In addition, during my three-week follow-up visit, Tiffany offered the suggestion to use the OBAGI products to address my melasma, which I have spent hundreds of dollars and have experienced no success until a week ago. I admit, I had my doubts “UNTIL” my fiance complimented the glow of my skin and he actually said “your melasma looks lighter” — at that point, I had to text Tiffany and tell her THANK YOU!!!!! I finally see positive results – the melasma is going away as a result of using the OBAGI products. I will close by sharing – I wish that I found Dr. Deutsch in May of 2015. I would have saved a lot of money, time and unnecessary corrective procedures. I recommended him to a couple of my girlfriends, and I am happy to state that he has gained an on-going patient whether it’s for skin care products or a slight “nip and tuck”. I trust him, I feel more confident about my body as each day progresses, and I am so appreciative that he corrected my problem.
