Patient 1: 46-year-old female was found to be BRCA positive and elected to undergo bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies. She wanted to use her own tissue for breast reconstruction and did not want to use breast implants. She had muscle-sparing free TRAM flaps and her pictures were taken 5 months after her surgery.

Patient 2: 55-year-old female had right breast cancer requiring mastectomy. She wore a 38C cup and was otherwise in good medical condition. She underwent right mastectomy and reconstruction with a muscle-sparing free TRAM flap. Her results are shown 2 years after her surgery.

Patient 3: 54 y/o female had Stage 1 left breast cancer. She wore a 36DD bra and wanted to use her abdominal tissue for breast reconstruction. She underwent left modified radical mastectomy and muscle-sparing free TRAM flap reconstruction. Her post-op picture is following nipple reconstruction and tattoo 1 year after surgery.

Patient 4: 29 y/o female had bilateral mastectomies for carcinoma of her breast. She was BRCA positive and underwent chemotherapy prior to her mastectomies. She wore a 34C bra. She underwent immediate bilateral reconstruction with a DIEP flap for her right breast and a muscle-sparing free TRAM flap for her left breast. The pictures shown are one year after her reconstruction surgery.

Patient 5: 59 y/o female had previous bilateral mastectomies with no reconstruction. She was a good candidate for delayed reconstruction and had a DIEP flap on the left breast and a muscle-sparing free TRAM flap on the right breast.
